Who is Tom in Tech Support? 

Tom Anderson (aka, Tom in Tech Support) learned electronics in the US Navy’s Advanced Electronics Program and completed a Master Course in Microcomputers from National Technical Schools while deployed aboard ship.  After honorably serving in the Navy for six years, Tom worked at a couple of DoD Engineering Labs, while using the GI Bill to obtain a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science.  Therefore, Tom has an education and experience in electronics; as well as, computer hardware and software.

Tom has spent the last 35 years servicing and supporting Siemens medical systems throughout the United States and abroad.  Tom currently works as a MI-SPECT Remote Support Engineer for the Siemens Customer Care Center in Cary, North Carolina.
